Nashville bachelorette weekends are legendary, and for good reason. The city has something for every kind of bride, from Lower Broadway honky-tonks to some of the best restaurants in the Southeast. We've been hosting bachelorette wine and yoga experiences in Music City for years, and we get asked for recommendations constantly. Here's our updated guide to making the most of your Nashville bach weekend in 2026.
Start with a Vino Vinyasa Experience
Before the night takes over, give your group a moment to actually connect. Our Nashville bachelorette wine and yoga experiences come to your Airbnb, hotel, or venue with mats, wine, and a certified instructor who leads your group through a beginner-friendly Vinyasa flow and a guided wine tasting. It's the perfect daytime anchor — equal parts wellness and celebration — and you'll leave with a wine-glass-in-hand yoga photo your group will actually want to post. Brunch
East Nashville is the move for brunch, and Cafe Roze is the top pick — an all-day cafe that has earned a Michelin mention and a devoted local following. The espresso martinis are non-negotiable, and it now serves dinner too if you want to return later in the weekend. Go early and make a reservation. Hearts on the east side is another solid brunch option if Cafe Roze is booked up. For a gorgeous setting, Pinewood Social opens at 9am daily and does brunch beautifully — more on them below.
To Drink
You'll probably start on Broadway ( and you should, at least once). But Nashville's best bars are off the beaten path.
Urban Cowboy now has two locations worth knowing about. The original East Nashville Public House on North 16th is the cozy, neighborhood version — great cocktails, Roberta's pizza on-site, and a vibe that feels like a local secret. The newer downtown location inside the historic 1902 Arcade Building opened in 2025 and is a multi-level playground with killer cocktails and one of the best views in the city. Both are worth a visit depending on where your group is staying.
For wine bars, Barcelona Wine Bar in Edgehill is a reliable go-to with an excellent Spanish-focused wine list and great small plates. Sixty Vines in the 5th & Abroad complex downtown offers 60 wines on tap, bottles, and a full food menu that’s great for groups.
To Dine
East Nashville is where you want to be for dinner. Lockeland Table is a James Beard-nominated community kitchen that has been a neighborhood anchor for over a decade — wood-fired pizza, excellent mains, and a Community Hour Monday through Saturday from 4–6pm that's perfect for getting your group settled before a big night. The skillet cookie for dessert is not optional.
Folk is one of the best restaurants in the city, full stop — naturally leavened pizzas, vegetable-forward seasonal dishes, and a curated natural wine list that would make any wine lover happy. It's been named a James Beard semifinalist and one of Bon Appétit's 50 Best New Restaurants. Reservations strongly recommended at both.
For something more casual and group-friendly, Pinewood Social is a downtown institution — restaurant, craft cocktail bar, and vintage bowling lanes all under one roof. It works for brunch, lunch, or dinner and is genuinely fun for a bachelorette group. Reserve lanes in advance if bowling is on the agenda.
Something Different
If your group wants to get outside when the weather cooperates, stand-up paddleboarding on the Cumberland River is a great option. Check out Nashville Guru's paddleboarding guide for current options.
For content-focused groups, Photowalk Nashville is a walking photo tour that takes your group to the best spots in the city and poses you for the kind of photos that actually turn out — perfect for the bride tribe who wants scroll-worthy memories without the stress of figuring out where to stand.
