Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using vinovinyasayoga.com or booking any Vino Vinyasa experience. By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

Vino Vinyasa offers wine and yoga experiences including private events, bachelorette experiences, corporate wellness events, public pop-up classes, and retreat packages. All services are subject to availability and confirmation by Vino Vinyasa.

Bookings & Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as communicated during the inquiry process. Payment is processed off-site via Venmo, Zelle, or another method confirmed at the time of booking. Vino Vinyasa does not process payments directly through this website.

Cancellations & Refunds
 

Cancellation policies are communicated at the time of booking and may vary by experience type. In general:

• Deposits are non-refundable unless Vino Vinyasa cancels the event.

• Cancellations made within a specified window prior to the event may result in forfeiture of full payment.

• We reserve the right to cancel an event due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a Vino Vinyasa-initiated cancellation, guests will be offered a refund or credit toward a future experience.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Participation in yoga and physical activity involves inherent risk of injury. By booking and participating in a Vino Vinyasa experience, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Vino Vinyasa, its instructors, and its affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our events.

Alcohol is served at our events for guests 21 and older. By participating, you confirm you are of legal drinking age and accept responsibility for your own alcohol consumption. Vino Vinyasa is not liable for any incidents arising from alcohol consumption before, during, or after our events.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and the Vino Vinyasa® name and mark — is the property of Vino Vinyasa and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Photography & Media

Vino Vinyasa may photograph or record events for use in marketing and social media. By attending an event, you grant Vino Vinyasa permission to use your likeness in such materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify your instructor at the start of the event.

Newsletter & Communications

By signing up for our newsletter, you consent to receiving email communications from Vino Vinyasa. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
